WOYWW #6

Here we are Wednesday, mid week, hump day and half way there!  This week Julia and her gang at the Stamping Ground will find my desk covered with oodles of stuff!

It was early in the morning, the sun light filtering onto the pile of fun on my desk… I digress, what have we got here hmmm, let’s take a closer peek…

Oh my!  I popped into the local Hobby Lobby yesterday for some brown paint (upper left of the picture) and on the other side of the isle was a bin FULL of House Mouse stamps on clearance!!!!  Oh sweet heaven I hit the lottery to be sure!!!  I got one of every single one they had there, I love those mice!!!  While scurrying (seems appropriate a term with mice in tow) up the isle (and fighting to resist all temptation to look at sale stuff) I saw two more things I ‘needed’.

A set of Spellbinders embossing pads and a magnetic storage folder for my dies.  So I grabbed them and quickly made my way to the front as I was sure to shop till I dropped with all the sales going on!  Yikes!
Easter is just around the corner and I gave a peek to the cards I was working on last week.  Well here are the finished cards in all their glory.

The egg images and that brown bunny are digi stamps, the other are from TAC.  The cards were signed, sealed and sent on their way after this picture was taken.  The desk top however is still covered with all those stamps!
Well, off to do some snooping!  Have a wonderful Wednesday!

  5. Oh, your cards are so cute!! I haven't tried any digi images, but the ones you used are making me want to try.
Looks like I need a trip to town to see what our Hobby Lobby has.

  6. As soon as I saw those stamps I noticed the clearance price tags on them and thought, "SCORE!" You sure did good on that trip. I'm so jealous of your completed and mailed Easter cards. My heart was there but the rest of me wasn't. If I start now I'll be ahead of the game for next year.

  11. With all of the bad weather here this week, I haven't made it to Hobby lobby yet. Not sure if that is a good thing or not. Your Easter cards are beautiful - love the eggs with the embossed background. dani133
