WOYWW 240!

So it’s actually Tuesday afternoon, but I had just finished some cards and had started cleaning and said wait..tomorrow is WOYWW.  Since I KNOW there is no way I can leave my space unkempt till Wednesday, here we are lol.

So what have we got, my laptop open to my email (I swear I talk more with my husband when he’s AT work then I do when he’s home!) Paper cutter, warm lemon water, my favorite glue, a scrap pile, tissues because this blast of cold air has made my nose run (it’s 2 out and that’s not including the wind chill.)  A sprouting Amaryllis that was a Christmas present from my neighbor, my gamsol and the cards I’d just finished.  Oh my new PSE 11 is under my eGo portable hard drive that is loaded with all my digi scrapping supplies and my little camera case.

The container sitting next to the lemon water is a training treat for Cooper.  It seems that at this time in his life (read TEENAGER) he has forgotten that when his name is called he is supposed to actually come to us.  So the trainer suggested a recharging of his name response by giving him something extra yummy when he responds to his name.  So I mixed up peanut butter, cheddar and bacon in the container and when I call and he comes he gets a few licks.  We’ve been playing this game throughout the day and will continue to do so till his response is reliable.  Trying to walk him in class last night was incredibly frustrating as he wanted to stop and smell EVERYTHING and seemed to forget that my arm was attached to the other end of the leash. The trainer assures me that he will pass this and all the foundation work we’ve done with him will return!

Well I’ve rambled on enough, so click on over to The Stamping Ground where our fearless hostess with the mostess Julia has something wonderful and there are dozens of other desks to peep in on!  Happy New Year to all!

  3. Looks like you are having fun! Good luck with Cooper. I haven't experienced any of that as Baxter is an 8 yr old Terrier X from a rescue home. He loves to sleep!! Take care. Zo xx 90

  4. A friend at work and I both have adolescents at home this Christmas, she a puppy and us a kitten. Didn't even bother with the ornaments on the tree. Will try that later. Stay warm and hop you have a great week.

  6. Your desk is so nice and neat! I like drinking warm water with lemon too. There's just something about the simplicity of it.....

I'm slowly getting around to visiting desks.
