Sunshine!  There is a lot of that on my desk today.  The window is open, the breeze is stirring the brilliant yellow, orange, red, green and gold leaves and I’m up to my elbows in projects!

We will start at the left, with the case of a Christmas card that my friend Kat and I worked on last week.  I’m one that makes prototypes of things before jumping in  and that was the first.  It didn’t turn out quite like I wanted so another is in the works.  Above it, is the other prototype of a layering technique that she and I also played with.  I’ve got the gist of it, just have to make some more.  The newly decorated binder is part of the Organized Christmas  plan that I’ve been following for years.  That binder however was always just a shabby grey, horrible thing really, but now it is all spruced and ready to march me through the season yet again.  Next to that is a card I’m working on for a lovely couple and it’s been quite a project but I’m loving the way it’s turning out.  Behind my water cup there is a birthday card that is a large easel card and off to the right, paper scraps, ruler, cutter.

Not to fear if you’ve been here before and are missing the lovely array of my Copics.  They are now off to the right further as I was having a time of it using the monitor over in the corner, I kept rolling my chair off my mat onto the carpet and hitting my knee on the side of the cabinet when I turned round.  Since I’ve been spending more time up here my knee was really suffering.

Well I’ve spilled my desk and it’s secrets and now it’s your turn!  Drop me a comment and I’ll stop by to see you!  Be sure to pop over to see Julia at The Stamping Ground and check out some other amazing blogs!!!

  11. The thing is, you've fixed it...no more knee banging and really, it didn't take long to sort, huh....I suspect I would still be whining about it rather than fixing it! My gosh, you are prolific...how you cope with so many things in progress at once is admirable, it gives me brain freeze to think about!
