It has to be the word to best describe what has happened to me with digital scrapbooking. For years and I mean YEARS I’ve said I was going to turn my pictures into scrapbooks and for years I didn’t. I could not bring myself to sit down and make pages, I don’t know why other than I’d feel an overwhelming panic set in when I looked at that big blank paper. With digital I’m having a blast, I’m learning to use Photoshop Elements 9 and I’m finally making pages. I even found a place to have them printed out so that they can go in my books sooner rather than later. Best of all, some of the pages I’m actually going to use supplies I have on them when I get them back from the printer!
So this page is from our recent (as in last week, I’m so proud of myself lol!) visit with our niece. We took her all over the tri-state area!
This page was made using Keystone Scraps National Treasure Kit.
This one..it’s about our cruise..
I’ve done more, a bunch more and I’m still working on them. I started on my pet ones today and I want to do one on Williamsburg, Washington state, the Cherry Blossom festival, my butterfly pictures, loads of them on my gardening, Christmas, Halloween, and, and, and lol! I’m just having SO much fun!
I’ll be picking up ink soon enough, it’s almost time for Christmas card making! Yikes! It really is July already isn’t it? Hmm, wonder if I could give scrapbooks as gifts this year???
