I gave that crazy watercolor style another shot, I used twinkling h2o’s for this one and things just don’t seem to be working between me and these watercolor products lol, It’s all good, I’ll figure it out at some point the light bulb will go off and I’ll be like ‘oooohhhh, I get it now’. I do however love the shimmery vellum cut out it’s from Bird’s Cards and I used my Pazzles for that.
Now, this class inspired a tiny bit of shopping, not so much for things to make the stuff in the class but for things that I am addicted to. Moose!!!
I HAD to have the Lawn Fawn and Memory box sets that had Moose and dies for them, I mean come on me, Moose, Christmas it’s a no brainer! I loved the Poppy Cup of Cheer set because it had so many fun things in it and the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hill Side is one I’d been eyeing for a while. The Tree Branch ink I needed because I only have Potting Soil and it’s been too dark for other things I was working on. I already had the Winter Fox stamp, so why not get the die for that. The embossing paste and the stencil made such a clever background. The Precision Base well I’d never even heard of it till class and I can tell you I’ve got several dies that have proved to be very difficult to cut, I was tired of wasted ones and of ones that I had to sit and weed with my exacto, I consider that to be a worthy investment!
Now I’m off to watch today’s classes and see what mischief I can get into, Have fun and go get crafty!
