WOYWW #336

Ah, another Wednesday and another episode of desk hopping to be viewed.  Today we find my desk(s) in full Christmas and Holiday style card class mode.

The main desk has my newly purchased mat unopened as it just arrived last night and a host of other goodies.

My smaller workspace behind is covered in cardstock and Christmas paper scraps as well as stamps.  There are more on the floor under the table as well.

I was making Christmas cards on the fly but have paused to take part in the online card classes Holiday Style.  I created several but this was one from Day one that I did yesterday, I am unsure as to how I feel about it.

I was also playing around with different masking and ink blending to create cards with.

The second one was a total bust!  I’d carefully masked off the edge and proceeded to stamp my trees and didn’t slide my scrap paper up and stamped a line of trees across the back of the card! Oops, it now will become a layer, cest’ la vie!  I’m having fun getting all kinds of inky and actually playing with masking which isn’t something I’ve done a lot of in the past.

So that’s all from here my desk hopping friends, scoot over to Julia’s at The Stamping Ground and see what goodness she has in store for you!

Happy creating!

  1. Love your cards!! I so need to start making my Christmas cards in earnest! Not doing the WOYWW as I've been on vacation but doing a bit of looking around.

  2. I think your cards are fabulous - I love the layers of blue sky on the Season's Greetings card and I also really like the clean simplicity of the green trees card - you have some beautiful stamps and I am loving the winter trees images - they are really lovely. Hope you have a great week,

  3. I like all three of your cards, especially the one with the sweet little village and blue skies up above. I also noticed you're marker collection and found myself coveting it - sorry! Thanks for your visit and have a blessed WOYWW!

  4. Nice! It looks like you have a pretty nice view from your desk too

  5. Great cards, need to get more made myself asap. Have a great woyww and happy crafty week, Angela x 21

  6. I like all your cards. The first one is simple and elegant. And I love the bottom right one! Please, can you tell me what the tree stamp/s is? Love the blue background behind the trees too.
